As used in this agreement and both the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ means meetflirtdate.co.uk.

You must be at least 18 years old or over and single to use the services available on this site. By using this site you represent and warrant to us that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Cancellation/Refund and Transfer Policy

All refunds are at the discretion of management.

Cancellation and transfer requests will only be accepted by email to events@meetflirtdate.co.uk. All fees quoted are per person.

Refunds will be provided where cancellations are received 5 days or more prior to the date of the event for which they are booked onto and will be subject to a £5 administration fee.

Cancellations received 4 days or less prior to the date of the event will not receive a refund but may request a transfer to another event. Transfers are also subject to a £5 administration fee.

Transfers between events will be permitted up to 2 days prior to an event (subject to availability) and will incur a £5 administration fee. events@meetflirtdate.co.uk will make every effort to hold the events at dates, times, venues and locations as advertised. However, we hold the right to cancel and or change dates, times, venues and locations under certain conditions. Such conditions include but are not limited to, venue cancellation and insufficient participants for an event to run.

meetflirtdate.co.uk holds the right to cancel an event up to and including the day of the event. Full refunds will be available or a transfer to another event (free of transfer administration fee). meetflirtdate.co.uk will not be liable for refunding any other out of pocket expenses.

Guaranteed Success

We guarantee that you will meet at least one person at a meetflirtdate.co.uk speed dating event that you will want to see again. If you don’t, you will be entitled to attend one further meetflirtdate.co.uk speed dating event free of charge. This guarantee is limited to only ONE further speed dating event and subject to the following conditions:

• Only applicable to participants who have purchased a full priced ticket.
• Guarantee does not cover speed dating sessions held at singles parties.
• Participants must not have entered any matches following the event.
• Participants must take part in the whole event. If they leave early or do not take part in the event the guarantee becomes null and void.
• Refunds will not be issued in place of a free event where future events have been booked.

Participants must abide by all meetflirtdate.co.uk terms and conditions.

Other

Bookings can be made via the web site using either a credit or debit card. Email confirmation will be provided on receipt of payment. To make a payment by another method, please contact events@meetflirtdate.co.uk.

meetflirtdate.co.uk dating events are organised with the purpose of helping to introduce single like minded individuals in a relaxed atmosphere.

meetflirtdate.co.uk aims to offer participants around 20 or more dates per speed dating event but is not able to guarantee this quantity. The minimum number of participants of any event will be 10 couples. The number of participants attending a singles party will vary depending on the venue. Details on the event will indicate an approximate number.

Personal information provided by individuals is not verified by meetflirtdate.co.uk. We are not a dating agency and strongly advise you treat all contacts you meet through our events with caution.

meetflirtdate.co.uk reserves the right to refuse admission or eject from an event any individual considered not in a fit state to participate either due to over intoxication or where an individual is engaged in inappropriate or abusive behaviour. Such individuals will not be liable for a refund and will be barred from attending any future meetflirtdate.co.uk organised events.

meetflirtdate.co.uk or its venues, shall not be liable for any damages arising from an organised event. Such damages to include, but not limited to, mental distress, harassment, physical injury, bodily harm lost or stolen property.

All organised events are held at venues owned by third parties. By booking and purchasing a ticket to a meetflirtdate.co.uk organised event you agree that meetflirtdate.co.uk have no liability should you suffer any loss or injury during the event and whilst on those premises.
